on January 16, 2018A quick two day drive through and we were fortunate to be able to see the mountain. Well worth the drive.

on January 16, 2018Rising 14,000 ft plus in the air in the Washington State mountains, this mountain is large enough to create its own weather systems. It averages 57 ft of snow per year and is open only several months for climbing due to danger of avalanches. 5000 ft up in the park is Paradise Inn. At the end of the photos are some pics of photos hanging in the Inn of snow conditions at the Inn in the dead of winter.
